You can return an item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories and documentation.
We cover the cost of collecting a return within the UAE. Email support@hypewatches.ae with your order number and reason, and we will arrange collection.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty — see below.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery charge. Faults appearing later are handled under the Warranty.
If you paid by card, refunds are made to the same card you used for the purchase — once your return is approved, the funds are returned automatically. If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we will refund you by bank transfer; we will contact you for your bank details once your return is approved.
We inspect returns within 2 working days of collection and issue the refund within 7 working days of approving it. Your bank may take a further few days to show the refund on your card statement.

Retro Cart for Online Selling ("we", "us") operates Hype at hypewatches.ae. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number, expiry or security code on this website — those are handled directly by the payment gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
To process and deliver orders, handle returns and warranty claims, answer your questions, and meet UAE record-keeping requirements. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Only where it is needed to complete your order: our delivery partner receives your name, address and phone number; our hosting provider stores the website data. Both act on our instructions.
This site uses cookies that keep your cart and session working, and remember your details if you tick "save my name and email" on a review. Blocking cookies in your browser may stop the cart or checkout from working.
Order records are kept for as long as UAE commercial record-keeping rules require. Contact-form enquiries are kept while your query is open and for a reasonable period after.
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email support@hypewatches.ae and we will respond within 30 days.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we received it; the contract forms when we dispatch the goods. If an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, we may decline the order and will tell you why.
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay), processed securely by our payment provider, or Cash on Delivery within the UAE. Card payment is taken at the time you place your order; Cash on Delivery is paid to the courier when your order arrives.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Product photography is illustrative and colours can vary slightly between screens. Specifications are those published by the manufacturer and may be updated by them without notice.
Your return rights are set out in our Refund Policy, and warranty cover in our Warranty page. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under UAE consumer-protection law.
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are fit for normal use. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and to GCC destinations covered by our courier. We do not currently ship outside this region.
Orders can be paid securely by card at checkout, or by Cash on Delivery within the UAE. Card payments are taken when you place your order; Cash on Delivery is paid to the courier on arrival.
Please check your address and phone number before confirming. Deliveries that fail because of an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number may incur a re-delivery charge.
For GCC deliveries outside the UAE, any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us.
Orders placed on a working day are prepared for dispatch the same day where possible. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
These are typical timeframes based on normal courier performance, not guarantees. Peak periods, weather and customs can add time.
We will contact you by phone or email with delivery details once your order is on its way. If you have not heard anything within two working days of ordering, email support@hypewatches.ae with your order number.
If you paid by card at checkout, there is nothing to pay on delivery. If you chose Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready for the courier. Either way, please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel.
The courier will attempt to reach you on the phone number on the order. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Please inspect the packaging on arrival. If an item arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier and email us within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly.

Products sold by Hype carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery. We handle warranty claims for you and deal with the manufacturer directly — you do not need to contact anyone else. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
Email support@hypewatches.ae with your order number, a description of the fault and, if possible, a photo or short video showing it. We will confirm whether the fault is covered and arrange the next step — repair, replacement, or return to the manufacturer as appropriate.
Keep your order confirmation. It is your proof of purchase and the warranty period runs from the delivery date on it.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, the rights you have under UAE consumer-protection law.
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Because we prepare and dispatch orders quickly, cancellation requests are only guaranteed within this window.

If you paid by card, once we confirm the cancellation the full amount is refunded to your card, usually appearing on your statement within a few working days. If you chose Cash on Delivery and haven’t been charged yet, no refund is needed — we simply won’t collect payment on delivery.
If more than 24 hours have passed, or the order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You can instead decline the delivery, or accept it and return the item under our Refund Policy (7-day free returns).
